Annual Spring Gathering
You are invited to our annual Spring Gathering where we’ll connect with community and engage in research to support the future of Biodynamic agriculture in Northern California.
When: Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26, 2026
Where: Heartwood Farms, Linden CA
Program 2026!
Perceiving Qualities: Building Soil Health and the Use of Biodynamic Compost Preparations.
Explore qualitative methods to understand “soils.” How do we sense and perceive soil health? Participants are invited to bring 1-2 cups of Compost and/or Soil in a jar to contribute for observation.
Hands on experience in Biodynamic techniques for harmonizing soil life with compost preps.
This form accommodates one adult registration. If you are more, please fill out the form and add to your “cart” for each additional person over the age of 12.
Childen 12 and under have Free admission and meals. Complimentary child care can be available. Note in your registration an idea of what hours of the event you request child care.
PROGRAM COST for the weekend is $30 for current BDANC members, $50 for Non-members, and Free to farm apprentices, students and children. Additional donations are welcome. Work Trade Scholarship is available on request, email Lilith at bdanorcal@gmail.com

MEALS:
Saturday lunch is the ever amazing potluck. Please bring a dish to serve at least 4 people and your own cutlery, plate, cup and bowl.
Breakfast and Saturday dinner are provided catered for purchase and must be purchased by TUESDAY January 6
