The organizers are sympathetic to those that would choose to support a cash economy and avoid using a credit card to pay in advance. However, in order to provide catered meals, we purchase food in advance. In the past the organization has absorbed losses when meals are reserved and then not paid for when attendees have cancelled at the last minute. If it is not possible for you to pay online, please email bdanorcal@gmail.com and you can arrange to mail a check before January 6th. Thank you for your understanding.
