10:00 Plant Observation: Guided observation with artistic study focused on the Equisetum and Valerian plants (Medicinal plants used in BioDynamics) with Emma Wade & Birgit Landowne

11:00 Equisetum & Valerian Practices in BioDynamics: Explore different techniques on how to use these two plants. Identify their contrasting qualities and different potential uses with Sebastien Dupuis & Harald Hoven.
