Farm Land Opportunity Two parcels not far from our farm (near Carnation in the Snoqualmie Valley) will be available soon. Each parcel is about 75 acres (40+ farmable acres) with water and a home. The homes are small, but legal. The land is in the floodplain. Soils are alluvial, with deep, Nooksack topsoil. Price is right for each of these two farms, with an owner-contract and generous terms. To buy these farms will require a down payment and demonstrated ability to meet a payment schedule negotiated with the sellers. I’m not a real estate broker nor do I have any personal interest in these farms or their sale. I want to see them both become productive and successful. Please contact me if you are interested.
